SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM®
Skinvive by Juvéderm is a specialized dermal filler designed to enhance facial skin smoothness, particularly focusing on the cheeks. Skinvive works by injecting a microdroplet gel into the skin, which effectively hydrates and smooths the targeted areas for up to six months. This FDA-approved treatment is formulated for those desiring a more youthful and radiant skin texture and is ideal for those looking to enhance facial skin texture, improve their skin quality, and rejuvenate their overall facial appearance.
Juvéderm XC
The original Juvéderm formulation is still the preferred choice for correcting moderate to severe lines around the nose and mouth, including nasolabial folds, smile lines and marionette lines. Positive results achieved with Juvéderm XC typically last about one year.
Juvéderm Ultra XC
In addition to treating the same lines addressed by Juvéderm XC, this formulation can be used to add a subtle fullness to the lips as well. The treatment works for patients who have never been satisfied with the appearance of their lips, or those that have seen thinning and other changes over time. Results of Juvéderm Ultra XC also last about one year.
Juvéderm Voluma XC
Voluma XC is a unique product that addresses the loss of volume in the mid-face that can cause a hollow, aged appearance. The thicker formulation is designed to restore plumpness to this area while enhancing the definition of the cheeks for a more youthful facial profile. The additional volume offered by Voluma XC usually lasts about two years.
Juvéderm Volbella XC
Volbella XC is another option in lip plumping that provides subtle volume to lips that never had enough fullness or lost plumpness and definition over time. In addition, this formulation has a smooth consistency to diminish fine vertical lines that tend to form above the upper lip, known as perioral lines or lipstick lines. When Volbella is administered correctly, the results will last up to one year.
Juvéderm Vollure XC
Vollure XC is one of the newest additions to the Juvéderm line and offers another option for patients looking to address more severe lines around the nose and mouth. The formulation can be injected deeper into the dermal tissue to provide the greatest benefit to reverse these advanced signs of aging. Results from a Vollure XC treatment should last up to 18 months.
Juvéderm Volux
Juvéderm Volux is dermal filler specially formulated to treat the jawline and chin and is ideal for improving facial harmony. Volux can be used to create more feminine facial balance, and maintain an oval or heart shaped appearance. Juvederm Volux is also used to achieve a more chiseled or masculine appearing jawline, and to treat a recessed chin. This new FDA-approved hyaluronic acid filler is highly cohesive, long-lasting, and results are visible for approximately 18-24 months.
Juvéderm XC and Juvéderm Ultra XC both feature Hylacross technology, which cross-links hyaluronic acid molecules of the same size for a more natural result as the formulation spreads into the treatment area. Voluma XC, Volbella XC and Vollure XC all contain Vycross technology. This new method mixes different weights of hyaluronic acid molecules for deeper treatments with greater staying power. As an experienced injector of all the Juvéderm products, our doctors will be able to recommend the product that will provide you with the best results, based on the treatment location and the severity of your aging symptoms.
Juvéderm products all contain lidocaine, a numbing agent that makes the injections more comfortable for the patient. These products have all be approved for use in adult patients age 21 and over.
